Pace can arrange collection of your item, and delivery once it is finished. All items are fully wrapped to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Epoxy polyester powder coatings

Epoxy polyester powder coatings are ideal for general indoor use and other applications where high UV stability is not required. Zinc rich epoxy coatings are also available as primer coats on phosphate or blast-cleaned steel objects and structures and when combined with a polyester top coat offers enhanced resistance to weathering and corrosion.

Polyester powder coatings

Polyester powder coatings are ideal for external use where UV stability and weather resistance is required. Typical examples include architectural components, cladding, fencing, and garden furniture. Powders are available in a wide range of colours in gloss, satin, matt, aluminium and textured effects and can be custom matched to the user’s requirements.

Epoxy powder coatings

Are ideal for industrial & engineering applications and have excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties

Wet Spraying

This is ideal for cosmetic applications, small runs, plastics, and small runs requiring custom colours. The wet coating process starts with all parts being washed by hand, and then a primer coat is applied, followed by the parts being sanded before painting. We also fill stud heads and mask threads where needed. Smooth finishes and textured finishes are offered.

Shot Blasting

Using a wide variety of shot blasting methods, we are able to quickly clean up and remove rust and scale from a large number of metal products.

Our shot blasting services are fast, clean and efficient faster than traditional manual means of surface preparation. Components are returned to you in an “as-new” condition

Stove Enamelling

Stove Enamelling delivers a high quality, corrosion resistant, durable finish. It is a wet-paint process that uses specialised stoving paints. The paint is applied by spraying before curing in an oven at a specific temperature and for a specific period of time.

Stove Enamelling is typically used on metal components and is available in a wide range of colours, gloss levels and other types of finish.
